Review the current order guidance before using PayPal checkout.

Shipping options

PayPal checkout is active for the online selections shown on the retail product pages. Review the destination, payable total and payment options shown by PayPal before confirming an order.

If your destination or preferred service is not available at checkout, contact orders@mulberrysleep.com before paying.

Delivery estimates

Dispatch and transit estimates are not published until inventory location, carrier service and destination rules are confirmed for the order. Contact the order team before payment when delivery timing is essential.

Wholesale sample and bulk-order timelines remain project-specific and are handled through the RFQ process.

Return eligibility

Return eligibility depends on item condition and the final retail policy confirmed for the order. Opened or used sleep masks may be restricted for hygiene reasons.

Do not send a return without confirmation

Contact support@mulberrysleep.com with the PayPal order reference, item condition and reason for return. The support team will confirm the applicable next step and return address.

Damaged or incorrect items

Keep the product, packaging and shipping label, then contact us with clear photos and the order reference. Resolution terms will follow the final retail policy and payment-provider process.

Wholesale and custom orders

Wholesale, OEM, private-label and custom fabric orders do not use this retail policy. Their inspection, claims and remedy terms are confirmed in the quotation, sample approval and order documents.
